I recommend that a “select all” option be available in the followers and following lists, for the purpose of mass deletion of followers and those people follow. If your account gets hacked once, Meta will keep your account under increased scrutiny and will randomly suspend your account (at risk of permanent deletion) if the technology assumes your actions are against policies and you have to request an appeal and wait for a human to check if the automated system is correct.
