Unless I’m actively watching my cameras at the time, none of the 8 CTRONICS cameras I have will show the video in playback. I have restarted the cameras and get maybe one out of the 5 or 6 it has recorded that day to actually play. Even when I download the videos they still don’t play. Surely all six cameras are not having the same problem at the same time unless it’s a software issue. I have iPhones and this problem began around IOS 17, so I believe an update is in order to make my video c

This app does not deserve bad rap. Yes there is a learning curve using and mixing the different segments but once learned they work great together. Also the support group will tweak the app if needed by giving them the uid and setting password to the default of admin while they work. I have 6 of Ctronics cameras (different versions) which I use to watch my house and also for watching and record clips of wild animals at night. I get great recordings and photos. Love the app and love the cameras.

Yes. They have eliminated many off my reviews so this is another. Don’t believe anything. Device have many faults and have not received customer or technician support. You make that decision. My is not worthy anymore. Proof on my side after nine months and eight cameras. Is a waste of my money and time. Zero on my review.

This app is great and works well with their cameras. It can be a little difficult to understand what to do sometimes and some words are translated to English wrong but common sense will tell you what it means. The only problems I have are if you change your wifi (or in my case I upgraded my wifi and they gave me a new router and modem) the camera can’t change the wifi it was in unless you take the camera down and reset it. My other problem is that when I mirror my iPhone to my tv through airplay

Since iOS 15 update, no more notifications, please fix for iOS 16.

I like the camera and the app works fine on my iPhone. However, when I use the app on my Macbook or iPad the view is sideways. There needs to be an adjustment to rotate the view 90 degrees so I can use my other devices. Thank you

I have been using this app and the associated cams for about 9 months! This after trying too many big name brands that give nothing but false positives! Once you get used to the set up, they have never given a false positive which is piece of mind! If it pings, you know there is video to watch, especially with deliveries! I have two cams, front and back, any charging is easy using a standard phone cable and with general use, only need to charge every 3-4 months!

I have bought two cameras to install on our beach house. One stop responding on the very next day and never was able to work after that. The second camera worked until the last iOS 15.3.1 update. Camera simply does not wake up and It doesn’t connect to WIFI any more. It’s very frustrating when you have the camera installed in different city and not be able to do anything about. Do not waste your time and money.

Notifications stopped working after upgrade to IOS 15.2.1 please fix it.

Since the latest update now the night video doesn’t work.

So I think this camera app work great with the with the product I purchased however the only complaint I have is that on any iPhone from seven or above every once in a while you’ll hear an audible tone like something set off your camera and when you go to look at your phone there’s no notification nothing was ever triggered it’s a mystery so you have to leave the sound off otherwise you can get notifications if there’s movement in front of your camera and the rest of the app works fine

Camera keeps dropping out about every 4-6 hrs.. After 1 week can't connect at all. Junk. Don't waist your money

App was good but after the last update it takes more than twice as long to get the cameras online, WHY??? It’s also sad I can’t Use any other app to use my cameras. New update allows 4 live views, very happy with this new addition.

The app no longer sends notifications. Barely works anymore. My camera is powered on and the app can’t find the camera. Very frustrating, used to really enjoy.

Only problem I have is after 13.5 update I have no push notifications

I have been working with this app for 3 months. I don’t have any of the problems others have reported. I do have an odd audio drop out from time to time and I need to cycle the power on my iPad Pro to restore the audio ( both the play back and the ‘Live’). It’s not critical since I don’t really need to eavesdrop on the phone conversations of people entering the building. It took a while to get familiar with the settings but I’ve played with them now.
